- 3 arenas - 1 large jumping arena (170x270), 1 medium arena (80x120) with lights, 1 small indoor arena (50x130) perfect for rainy days
- The two outdoor arenas have excellent footing and dry up very quickly after rain and are dragged frequently and consistently.
- 2 large round pens that also feature great footing.
- 2 acre obstacle course featuring many creative obstacles for training horses.

Feed
- Feeding 2x daily, 15-20 pounds a day
- Alfalfa, bermuda, and teff available
- Fresh water added to troughs daily. Troughs are cleaned as needed. Some corrals have auto waterers, others have large buckets or troughs. We observe the water consumed by each horse during feeding, changing water or cleaning.
Cleaning
- All corrals and paddocks are cleaned daily
- Pastures dragged frequently
